I have 9 years experience of working onboard yachts, ranging between 29 to 1115 meters, motor and sail.
I have worked in the positions of Head chef, Sous chef, Crew chef, and Sole chef.
The majority of my work has been on private yachts but I have experienced charter work too. I have also worked ashore as a private chef in a villa, living with the family and two children.
I have crewed on two Atlantic crossings (60m M/Y and 90m M/Y) and have provisioned around the world: Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Malaysia, East Caribbean.
